What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you visit the same site again, the browser sends that file back to the site, which lets the site recognize you or remember something you told it — like a language preference or the fact that you dismissed a banner.

What we do not use
For the sake of clarity, we want to be specific about what this site does not use:
- No advertising cookies. No cookies or pixels from Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any ad network. We do not run retargeting campaigns and we do not have a Facebook Pixel installed anywhere on this site.
- No third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar tools. Server logs tell us what we need to know about page performance.
- No cross-site tracking. Nothing on this site is designed to track you as you browse other websites.
- No fingerprinting. We do not use canvas fingerprinting, browser fingerprinting, or any other persistent identifier that survives clearing your browser data.
- No social media embeds. Our footer does not include social media share buttons or embedded feeds, because those tools set third-party cookies on every page they appear on.
How to control cookies

When you first visit the site, a banner appears at the bottom asking whether you want to accept all cookies or continue with essential only. Your choice is remembered for twelve months.
Re-opens on every new visit until a choice is made
Every modern browser allows you to view, block, and delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break the booking form and other interactive features on this site.

Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" header with every request. There is no industry consensus on how websites should respond to that signal, and this website does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track requests.
However, because we do not run third-party analytics or advertising on this site, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to disable. The only cookies we set are the ones listed in section 02 above.

If we add or remove any cookie on this site, this page will be updated to reflect the change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
