A project manager walks the property with you, photographs problem areas, and checks the substrate behind any visible damage. 45–60 minutes, no charge.

You receive a line-item proposal within two business days — materials, labor, disposal, and permits listed separately. No allowances that quietly balloon later.

Installation week
Materials drop the day before. Crews arrive 7:00–7:30am. Your project manager sends a photo update at the end of every working day.

Walkthrough & warranty
Joint inspection, punch list corrected on the spot, and manufacturer warranty registered in your name the same week.

Q-01How long does a siding replacement take?
A single-family home between 1,800 and 3,000 square feet usually takes seven to twelve working days once materials are on site — tear-off, sheathing repairs, house wrap, cladding, trim, and cleanup all included.
Q-02Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document damage with dated photographs, provide a line-item scope in the format adjusters expect, and can meet your adjuster on site. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork side.
Q-03What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Twelve years on installation labor — fastening, flashing, sealing, and trim detailing. Manufacturer coverage on the cladding itself runs separately and is registered in your name at project close.
Q-04Can you match siding that was discontinued?
Usually. We keep profile and color samples from most major manufacturers and can source from regional distributors. If an exact match is not possible, we will show you the closest options before ordering.
