We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what is generated automatically when you visit the site, and what is provided to us by third parties in the course of doing work for you.

Information you give us directly. When you submit the booking form, the contact form, or a request for warranty service, you provide us with your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the project you need. If you send us photos or insurance documents, we receive those too.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this site, our web server logs your IP address, the pages you visit, the time of the visit, the browser and device you use, and the referring URL if you arrived from a search engine or a link. This information is standard server logging and is not linked to your identity unless you submit a form.

Information provided by third parties. If you are working with an insurance company on a storm claim, your adjuster may share the scope of loss with us. If you came to us through a referral partner, that partner may tell us your name and a brief description of what you need before you contact us.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To schedule and conduct on-site estimates and installation work at your property
• To prepare written proposals and invoices
• To communicate with you about your project — by phone, email, or SMS if you have opted in
• To register manufacturer warranties in your name at project close
• To honor our own workmanship warranty if you make a claim in the following twelve years
• To prepare documentation supporting an insurance claim, if applicable
• To comply with tax, insurance, licensing, and other legal obligations
• To improve this website — for example, understanding which service pages are visited most

We do not use your information to train machine learning models, to build advertising profiles, or to sell to third parties.

If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with a comprehensive privacy law — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah — you have specific rights regarding your personal information. We process your information on the following legal bases:

1. Contract performance. If you have engaged us for a project, we process your information to deliver the estimate, the work, and the warranty.
2. Legitimate interest. We have a legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, protecting the security of this site, and maintaining records necessary to run a licensed contracting business.
3. Legal obligation. We are required to retain certain records — invoices, warranty documentation, insurance certificates — for the periods required by state and federal law.
4. Consent. Where we ask for consent — for example, to send you SMS messages — you can withdraw that consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only to the extent necessary to do the specific job described.

• Material suppliers and manufacturers. We share your property address with suppliers when ordering materials for your project. Manufacturers receive your name and property address to register the material warranty.
• Insurance companies. If you have an active claim, we share documentation and photographs with your carrier and adjuster to support the claim.
• Payment processors. If you pay by card, your payment information is processed by a PCI-compliant processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Financing partners. If you apply for financing through one of our lending partners, you provide your information directly to that lender. We do not transmit personal information to the lender on your behalf.
• Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect the safety of our crews or the public.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to keep the site working and to understand which pages are visited. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not operate tracking pixels from social networks or ad networks.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, plus any additional period required by law.

• Estimates that do not convert to work. We keep the estimate file for eighteen months, then archive it. If you ask us to delete it before then, we will.
• Completed project files. We keep the project file — including photographs, proposal, invoice, and warranty documentation — for the duration of the warranty period plus three years. That is eighteen years from project close in most cases.
• Website server logs. Automatic server logs are retained for ninety days and then deleted.
• Marketing consent records. If you have opted in to email or SMS communications, we keep your contact information and consent record until you withdraw consent.

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate, to ask us to delete information we no longer need, and to ask us to stop sending you marketing communications. We will respond to any request within thirty days. We will not charge a fee for a reasonable request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know the categories of personal information we have collected about you in the preceding twelve months and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it. We provide that information in the sections above and will confirm it in writing on request.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold. These include: encrypted transit for this website (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, secure backups of project files, and a written data-handling policy that all employees sign on hire.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact the office and we will delete it.

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, where the change is significant, notify existing clients by email. We do not make retroactive changes that reduce the protections described here for information already collected.
